Outstanding food, top-class hotel, STRATEGIC location to food shopping etc. Well-maintained room with double bed, best employees on the night shift. Location right by the biggest mall, the biggest shopping center in Surabaya and the main shopping centre. Also, easy to get to Siola Surabaya Museum.

Great Hotel. We had an excellent stay at Sheraton. The location is central, and the nearby shopping mall is convenient. The Executive Lounge provided a peaceful escape from the busy hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of tasty options. The staff members were attentive and some even knew my name after just one day. The hotel's location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to local restaurants and shops.
The room I stayed in was a bit dated, which made it feel less luxurious. the smell of smoke throughout the hotel was not ideal.
